Turmeric Latte Recipe - for a little bit of me time

Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory and immunity boosting properties, and stress is proven to affect immunity, so in times like this I feel it’s the perfect excuse to take five, avoid social media and enjoy a little snippet of me time.

I LOVE Turmeric so for me this is the ultimate treat for when I am feeling like I need a little indulgence and I’m kidding myself that I’m a healthy living aficionado! (READ: watches goop once, swears to turn vegan, lives by “What would Gwyneth do” for about a fortnight, and somewhere discovers the recipe for turmeric latte and is accidentally genuinely converted for life….)

It also only takes slightly longer than a cup of tea and the whisking is a little therapeutic, especially on hectic days at home with the kids.

The recipe couldn’t be simpler:

Add all the ingredients into a pan and whisk together over a low heat, pour into a mug and enjoy.

  • 350ml milk (any milk of your choice)
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • grind of black pepper
